The Problem

Arriving at an Unfamiliar Facility Should Not Be This Difficult

A street address may get you close, but it does not always tell you where a semi-truck is supposed to enter or what the driver must do after arriving.

Wrong Entrance Locations

The address on the bill of lading may lead to the main office, employee parking lot, customer entrance, or the wrong side of the property.

Circling and Searching

Drivers may circle the facility, search surrounding roads, park somewhere safe, or walk around the property trying to find someone who can help.

Missing Arrival Instructions

Check-in procedures, staging locations, paperwork requirements, and facility rules are often not provided until after the driver arrives.

Stress and Lost Time

Every wrong turn, unanswered phone call, locked gate, and confusing instruction adds stress and wastes valuable driving time.

About Us

Built by a Truck Driver Who Lives These Problems Every Day

Dock Navigator was not dreamed up in a boardroom. It was created by a professional truck driver who understands what it is like to arrive at an unfamiliar facility without clear directions or instructions.

My name is Ryan Kaiser, Founder of Dock Navigator. I spend my days delivering and picking up freight at facilities across the Midwest. Like thousands of other drivers, I have experienced the frustration of arriving at a facility and not knowing which entrance to use, where to check in, where shipping and receiving is located, or what procedures need to be followed.

These problems create unnecessary anxiety, wasted time, frustration, and conflict between drivers and facility personnel.

After speaking with truck drivers, shipping clerks, receivers, warehouse employees, dispatchers, and facility managers, I realized that both sides of the loading dock experience the same communication problem. Dock Navigator was built to help solve it.

How the Feedback Program Works

Use It. Test It. Tell Us What You Think.

Dock Navigator is in its first version. It already demonstrates the core idea, but it is not intended to look or function like a polished nationwide platform yet. That is why practical feedback from working drivers matters right now.

Your Real-World Experience Helps Guide What Comes Next.

Dock Navigator is not being shaped in a boardroom by people who have never delivered freight. Driver feedback helps determine which facilities are added, which information matters most, and which improvements should be prioritized.
